The Alfa Romeo Pandion is the first car designed by Mike Robinson in his new role as Design and Brand Director at Bertone – and we have to say – it’s a job well done.
The compact sports car concept (4620 mm in length, 1971 mm wide, 1230 mm high, 2850 mm wheelbase) is powered by an Alfa Romeo 4.7L V8 making 450-hp and 346 lb-ft of torque.
Italy’s famed designed house Bertone has made its swift comeback this year at the Geneva 2010, just in time to commemorate Alfa Romeo’s 100th anniversary with a new sports car concept. Bertone’s Pandion concept is conceived after a species of raptors, more commonly referred to as a sea hawk. It is based on the Alfa Romeo 8c Competizone and uses the same high revving 450HP 4.7 liter V8 engine. The car measures 4,620 mm in length, 1,971 mm in width, 1230 mm in height and rides on a 2,850 mm long wheel base.
