Credit Cards 001 150x150 Credit card rules leave users vexedTen months ago, President Obama signed into law a package of measures – known as the Credit CARD Act – intended to give consumers more information about and control over their relationships with credit card companies. And last month, most of the legislation’s key elements went into effect.

The Cape Cod Times conducted an unscientific online survey to get a sense of how readers use their credit cards and what they do and do not know about the new laws, officially titled the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure Act.
