Lawyer and Tax Expert M.D. Ginsburg, 78, Dies;

Martin D. Ginsburg, a tax lawyer and professor of tax law and the husband of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the Supreme Court, died Sunday at his home in Washington. He was 78.The cause was cancer, according to a spokeswoman for the Supreme Court, which announced the death.
Mr. Ginsburg was on the faculty of Georgetown Law School and of counsel to Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, the Washington law firm. As a tax expert, he had many high-profile clients, including the billionaire and former presidential candidate Ross Perot, and served in an advisory role on government tax panels.
