Lindsay Lohan slaps E-Trade with $100 million lawsuit

Is it a case of suing over spilt milk? A lawsuit filed Monday in New York on behalf of Lindsay Lohan claims that online stockbroker E-Trade hurt and defamed the actress in an ad that includes a joke about a “milkaholic” named “Lindsay.” The suit seeks $100 million in damages.
The ad, which debuted during the Super Bowl, stars E-Trade’s trademark cast of toddlers acting out adult scenarios. In it, one of the babies asks her “boyfriend” about “that milkaholic Lindsay.” “Lindsay” then appears and blurts out “milk-a-what?”
