Porsche Panamera, BMW X5 M and Volvo XC90 – Luxury Car Recall

A new batch of recalls is out, and this time several luxury models are affected.

BMW is recalling 2010 X5 M models for failing to comply with requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 108. According to NHTSA’s recall notice for the X5 M, “These vehicles were equipped with side marker lamps, but not the power supply cables leading to the lamps. As a result, the side marker lamps do not illuminate.” BMW has not yet provided a remedy and has not begun to notify owners. X5 M owners can contact BMW at 1-800-525-7417.
