A second 2-year-old boy has gone missing in 10 days from Yavapai County, Arizona, authorities said Tuesday as they announced a major search effort under way for the toddler, identified as Emmett Trapp.
Authorities say one of three inmates who escaped from a northwest Arizona prison has been captured.The other two inmates remain at large. The two at-large inmates were in prison for murder convictions.
Arizona asked an appeals court Thursday to lift a judge’s order blocking most of the state’s immigration law as the city of Phoenix filled with protesters, including dozens who were arrested for confronting officers in riot gear.
