Daylight Savings Time 2010 and DST Spring Forward Information. Daylight Saving Time is meandering from Standar Time one hour. In the spring, we move forward an hour. In the fall, we revert back to Standard Time and gain an hour. Arizona, Hawaii, and some counties in Indiana do not recognize Daylight Saving time.
