Stock futures rise after Intel, JPMorgan results

Stock futures are extending their gains after reports showed consumers are ramping up their spending and inflation remains tame. Retail sales rose 1.6 percent in March, better than the 1.2 percent jump forecast by economists. The Consumer Price Index, a measure of inflation, rose 0.1 percent last month.
