Elena Kagan Confirmed: ‘Reliable Liberal Vote’ or ‘New-School Moderate’?

The Senate confirmed Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court Wednesday. Kagan will be the third female judge on the Supreme Court joining justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor.
