Target sets its sights on SF : Target locations
Category Business | Friday, July 9th, 2010Target is making moves to open its first San Francisco store as part of the company’s campaign to occupy urban locations in the Bay Area and across the United States.
The discount retailer has scheduled a community meeting for July 21 to discuss the proposed locale, according to Supervisor Michela Alioto-Pier, who represents the neighborhood. It would occupy space in a struggling shopping center at Masonic Avenue and Geary Boulevard in the Richmond District, near Laurel Heights.
