The Healthcare.gov site has now been launched. The new site, part of the Affordable Care Act and other related topics, is mainly informational. The site states that it is designed to “help you take control of your health care – by putting the power of information at your fingertips.”
Information about patient rights, the health insurance marketplace and what the Affordable Care Act is all about are contained on Healthcare.gov. Consumers can also use a search tool to compare available coverage plans suited to their individual situation.
