Ocean State Job Lot : Discount store docks in Orange
Category Business | Thursday, July 8th, 2010A gap in the row of box stores along Route 1 in Orange finally will be filled by a new Ocean State Job Lot discount store.
The Rhode Island-based retail chain, which also has stores in Meriden, Milford, Seymour and Waterbury, has bought the long-vacant 30,000-square-foot building on three acres at 401 Boston Post Road, Route 1, for $2.7 million from the Anthony V. Grisanti Family Trust.
